We offer Free standard shipping Australia Wide on all orders over $99.00

All orders under $99.00 shipping cost - $8.50

Express Postage - $13.50

Free local delivery depending on delivery post code entered at checkout.  

We only ship within Australia 

By placing an order you agree that you give the courier service "Authority To Leave" the package in a safe spot if no one is home (this is standard practise) and it also ensures your package gets to your recipient as quickly as possible. If there is no safe space to leave the parcel or there is no access to the property (units / fences) a card will then be left for the receipt to collect from the closet collection point.

Once placing your order you will be sent a tracking link with the delivery information.

For deliveries to residential addresses, it is helpful to provide the recipients phone number rather than yours. This helps the courier incase there is an issue with delivery etc.

If a gift is placed on a Friday, weekend or public holiday - it will be posted the next available business day.

Gifts going to hospital -

Please consider -

Will the person be in hospital longer than a few days? If unsure perhaps send the gift to their home and either a relative can then bring to the hospital or it can be left for them to come home to.

If a gift is purchased on a Friday or the weekend it will not be posted till Monday

Please provide as much information as possible (level, card, room number and receiptient phone number)

We will always do our best to have your parcel delivered when required, however at times there may be circumstances out of our control, therefore we can not guarantee delivery will be within a specific time.
